A.A.L., LLC / Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

This policy explains how A.A.L., LLC (An Abnormal Lab) handles information connected with this website and business inquiries.

Contact form and information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect your company name, name, email address, the service area you select, and the project details you provide. Phone number and project timing are optional. The form submission, including its submission time, is sent to our contact API and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database so we can review and respond. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information through the form.

Cloudflare provides the service that handles and stores form submissions. Cloudflare may also process technical information, such as IP address and request data, to operate and protect its services. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for more information. A.A.L., LLC does not currently use a separate website analytics service.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to understand and respond to your request, discuss whether our services may be a fit, and maintain related business records. We do not use inquiry details to make automated decisions about you.

How information is shared

We do not sell contact form information or share it for third-party advertising. Cloudflare processes the submission for us to provide the contact API and database. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or the website.

Retention and security

We do not currently use a fixed automatic deletion schedule for contact submissions. We retain them for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes, and delete them when they are no longer needed for those purposes. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your requests and questions

To ask about information associated with an inquiry or request its correction or deletion, email us at [email protected]. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or information practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date above.
